Athletic Performance Enhancement: Preparing the body to play.

Athletic Performance Enhancement is the latest and greatest in sports training. It's quickly becoming an important part of successful training and conditioning for top athletes, trainers and sports franchises. GameSpeed Athletic Performance Enhancement is sport related training that is designed to improve athletic success through movement and performance enhancement. The completed performance enhancement program will cover SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) and Explosive-Ballistic Strength Training.

A strong emphasis will be placed on developing the following:

Explosive (Jump) Training: Learn how to walk the sky.

The vertical jump is at the core of some of the most amazing movements and is a major key in most every sport. It is also a measure of power that is used widely throughout every level of athletics as a performance test and can be a great predictor of success in many different aspects of athletic movement.

Our program is the only one of its kind that goes beyond gimmicks and actually incorporates what science and research has shown us about training for the long-term development of a jump athlete. It will include teaching proper landing and jump mechanics, testing of individual strengths and weaknesses, video analysis of sport specific jumps initiated from different positions, true jump training in the form of plyometrics and jump-specific strength training. With this multifaceted approach you will see the most rapid and maximal jump gains possible.

Team Academy: We'll come to your campus.

GameSpeed will travel to your campus to lead performance enhancement workouts in conjunction with your coaching staff. GameSpeed will consult with the head coach and develop a master plan based upon the team's needs. Each program will utilize methodologies designed to provide the athlete with what they need at the appropriate time.

GameSpeed Adult Training: We've found the fountain of youth.

Break the monotony of traditional fitness centers and boot camps. Join in a GameSpeed Adult Training class and train like a pro with the pros. We utilize the same unique training methodologies that we use to train our professional, collegiate and adolescent athletes in an action filled hour. Our goal is to help you achieve your goal!

Sports Nutrition: Eat to Win!

Athletic performance is not solely based on having the correct training programs/methods. Because of this, we offer nutritional consultation based on an athlete's specific dietary needs and concerns. These consultations also include a body composition analysis that will help determine if the athlete's physical characteristics are optimal for his/her particular sport/position.

Seminars & Clinics: Learn From the Best.

GameSpeed is available to conduct training clinics for schools, seminars, camps, etc. Whether the target audience is the athlete, the coach or the parent these clinics can be completely tailored to meet your particular needs. Typically, these clinics consist anywhere from 1 hour presentations to multi-day, hands-on training seminars. Hydro Performance Training: Pool Training.

GameSpeed utilizes pools to help their athletes recover quickly from injuries and condition with low impact by allowing you to walk or run in a weight-free environment against the natural smooth resistance that only water can provide. By using underwater training we minimize impact on joints of larger athletes and increase muscle strength during movement exercises.

Performance Consulting: Training to Go.

GameSpeed will evaluate individual athletes, small groups or teams performance and design custom programs. Each program will consist of SAQ and Explosive Strength Training exercises and drills to be completed in the privacy of your home or familiar confinements of your organization's facilities. We conduct Pre and Post Test in order to track athletes progress and adjust workouts accordingly.

KidSpeed: Total wellness for youth.

KidSpeed is a healthy lifestyle center designed specifically for kids ages 7-12. Kids are educated on the importance of physical fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices through supervised youth fitness programs, healthy lifestyle seminars and academic support.
