GameSpeed Kidz is a wellness program designed specifically for kids aged 7-14. We educate kids on the importance of physical fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices by offering supervised youth fitness programs.
Our mission is to provide a year-round, holistic curriculum focused on developing and nurturing the mental, physical and emotional well being of youth in a fun and safe environment.
It's a reality that one in four kids in the United States are considered obese by medical professionals and are at risk for many health issues. GameSpeed Kidz, provides fitness programming to ensure that kids who come through our doors will improve not only their physical fitness, but also their self-esteem and knowledge of a healthy lifestyle.
